Meeting Called to Order by President Heather Dietz at 7:45 pm

APPROVAL OF AGENDA: No changes to agenda. M/S/C as they are written.

CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES FROM LAST MEETING: November minutes were approved as written.

REPORTS OF THE OFFICERS
Report of President (Heather Dietz):
Heather thanked everyone for all the support in her role as President this past year. Heather made the decision to not run for President because of time commitments to her new job.

Report of Vice President (Tamara Marcotte):
Thanked everyone for attending the party/meeting. Had a great turnout this year!!

Report of Secretary (Kim Dailey): No report

Report of Treasurer (Sandy Fisher):
Financials are available to anyone who would like to review them.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Specialty Show
2015 BCGS Specialty Shows –Wynn Ryman
The Judges for the Specialty Show are:
• George Lai
• Stacy Gann
• Randy Kelly
We are still in need of Sweepstakes and Obedience Judges.
The location for the specialty show is not yet set. Looking into other options for next year’s show. We will be voting on the theme during the January meeting.

Newsletter (Tamara Marcotte):
Will be stepping down as newsletter editor after the December issue is out. Gail Harris was voted in as new editor.

Teresa Mallare was voted in as a new member

Election of 2015 officers
There was a change to the slate due to Heather Dietz withdrawing her name as President. The new slate was announced and was voted in. The 2015 BCGS Officers and Board members are:

Vice-President: Sherri Feeney
Secretary: Kim Dailey
Treasurer: Sandy Fisher
Board Members: Len Whitney, Trish Whitney, Jeff Ryman
2016 BCA Nationals:
The show is coming together….need volunteers for various committees:
-Trophies -Advertising -Publicity -Ways and Means -Airport Pick-up and Return
-Hospitality -Grounds and Rings -Crating and Grooming -Banquet -Ice Committee
